The Penthouse is a luxury 2 bedroom apartment, which can sleep up to 4 guests and a baby/child. The apartment boasts views out to sea and has been decorated and furnished to an exceptionally high standard, offering guests all the comforts of home plus much more!

On entry to the Penthouse you’ll find the secure private lift which takes you straight into the apartment, so no struggling with bags getting through the door. The Penthouse comprises a spacious lounge complete with a 55″ Smart TV with Freesat, home cinema system and free Netflix subscription and Amazon Echo Dot. There’s also a vast selection of DVDs, CDs, games and books to keep you entertained. The dining area is home to a large dining table with seating for up to six.

The fully equipped kitchen is fitted out with all mod-cons including a double oven, washing machine, a large ‘American style’ fridge/freezer with ice maker, microwave, coffee machine and toasted sandwich maker.

In the Penthouse there are two bedrooms: a double with en suite facilities and a twin room. The Master bedroom has an 32″ Smart TV/DVD player and wireless phone charger, the twin room has a Smart 24″ TV/DVD player. There are also radio alarm clocks, hairdryer and a set of straighteners.

Both the bathroom and the en suite have baths with showers over, heated towel rails and a plentiful supply of complimentary toiletries for you to use and enjoy.

This beautifully appointed apartment is perfectly situated for exploring the bustling fishing port of Whitby and the surrounding area. Whitby is home old-fashioned narrow cobbled streets full of individual shops, delightful eateries and excellent museums.

Whilst holidaying in Whitby it’s a ‘must’ to walk up the famous 199 steps. Take your time and count each one as you go and once at the top enjoy the most spectacular scenery. Before you start the descent of the steps, why not explore the famous Whitby Abbey ruins and the lovely St Mary’s Church.

Enjoy some family time on the beautiful sandy beaches, play games, build sandcastles and see what the rock pools have on offer, and on your way back to the Penthouse pop into the amusements and see if you can strike it lucky!!

If you fancy getting out exploring what the local area has to offer then why not visit the North Yorkshire Moors Railway which runs from the station in Whitby through to Pickering, taking in the pretty moorland villages all along the line.

If you like to have seaside fun then why not visit the busy coastal town of Scarborough where you’ll find the Castle, the Sealife Centre full of marine life and further down the coastline, Filey, with its long sandy beach and bustling seafront.
